TEACHING MATERIALS

q       WEBSITE: The materials can be found on the Modules page of the Anderson Program website (see MODULES button at left) and are available at no charge 

o       Modules in PDF files

o       Slide Presentations in PDF files      

These files may be printed directly from the web site or saved to your own computer as PDF files.  They must be opened using Acrobat Reader (free from the Internet) and cannot be altered in any way. 

q       DISKS: You may purchase the modules and slide presentations in their original formats (Word and PowerPoint, respectively) by sending e-mail to: ian.anderson.program@utoronto.ca Include complete contact information including address and telephone number.

o       Modules on CD – $40.00 inclusive for the set

o       Slide presentations on CD – $40.00 inclusive for the set

These files may be altered to suit your use.  Full credit must be given to the Anderson Program for any material taken from the modules and slides. 

q       BINDERS: For additional copies of the binder, which includes a general introductory section and the modules, there is a charge of $60.00 inclusive. 

q       VIDEO: Making Hard Decisions.   A joint project of the Ian Anderson Program and the ALS Society of Canada.
